The inspiration for founding Tenchi Mall came from a mother with three children. While selecting health products for her kids, she found that the quality of products on the market was inconsistent, leaving her confused and worried. Although many products claimed to have certain effects, the actual results varied significantly. To address this issue, she sought help from a Japanese friend who ran a family-owned pharmaceutical company for over a century. She gained a deeper understanding of the production process for health supplements and the importance of ingredients and quality on efficacy.

This newfound knowledge inspired her to create her own brand, aimed at providing genuinely high-quality and effective health products. For her, the key principle was that the products must be ones she and her family would be willing to use. With the support and assistance of her Japanese friend, she began collaborating with Japanese pharmaceutical company to develop various products, ensuring that the production processes and product quality met GMP and ISO standards.

She firmly believes that high-quality products should not be luxuries but should be affordable options for the masses. Therefore, she creates high-quality products using the best ingredients and offers them at reasonable prices. This is not only the mission behind the creation of Tenchi Mall but also her commitment to herself. She hopes that these quality products can improve people’s lives, allowing both her family and all consumers to truly benefit from the products of Tenchi Mall.
